Hey there just wanted to give you a quick heads up.
The words in your post seem to be running off the
screen in Ie. I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with web browser compatibility but I figured I'd post
to let you know. The design and style look great though!
Hope you get the issue resolved soon. Kudos

I together with my fnireds ended up checking the nice tips and hints found on the website and at once got a horrible suspicion I never thanked the web blog owner for them. The young men appeared to be so glad to see them and already have honestly been making the most of these things. Many thanks for genuinely so thoughtful and also for utilizing this form of really good information most people are really desirous to know about. My personal sincere apologies for not expressing gratitude to you sooner.

no, I don't remember why i was doing it that way originally. but i just recently did this on a lab of computers and just ran it through ARD without copying it and then running it and all worked fine.

so i think you're fine with doing this the same way you do others.

First off, I love your site. It has come up quite often when trying to find answers to problems I'm having, and it seems like you're one of the only people with similar problems whose actually publishing solutions, so please keep doing it! :)

I was curious why you are copying the script and then sending a command to run it? I have a similar problem where I just pasted the script into the ARD window and saved it as a template. That way it's already in ARD, if I run across another computer that missed out on the process.

Is there a downside to doing it my way?

Cheers

What I've been doing is setting my terminal client to automatically log the session information every time I connect to a switch or router. And once I run the Show Tech command, I just copy the log file to send it to tech support.

I'll give this trick a try sometime.

jp x command works when your other image is still good. If you find yourself in a situation where both images are "corrupted", you can do an x-modem to copy the code over and restore the switch.

Thanks for sharing your experience.
